Laughing bright yellow
Sorrow blue
Angry red
All from the heart
Not simple but primary
…
He struggles hearing
Secondary mixes
My blends
Of this and that
And that
…
To him unmixed
Black and white
No shade no hue
No fence to sit on
Translucent color is no color
…
But how do you explain rainbows?
I live inside my head I am told
A place with
Too many
Unreal possibilities
…
I’m learning
To go outside
Where
I understand
It’s primarily colored
…
Out where rainbows end

I like this. Very introspective, at least for me.
Thanks! It was originally written as the difference between Dad and me but it seemed to fit this image so I modified it slightly.
Thank you! Glad you like it.
